Para leluhur orang Jawa sadar benar bahwa manusia memiliki potensi tersembunyi yang bila dioptimalkan akan mendatangkan manfaat bagi hidupnya. Mereka sadar, manusia sudah memiliki kelengkapan software untuk hidup dalam berbagai dimensi baik fisik maupun metafisik. Para leluhur dulu tidak hanya membaca “kitab garing” yang berbentuk kitab-kitab kuno yang ditulis di kertas atau yang dipahat di batu-batuan atau di daun-daun lontar. Salah satu bukti kehebatan para leluhur ini adalah tersebarnya Candi-candi. Candi adalah bangunan dari batu kali yang dibuat dengan ketepatan ukuran geometri yang tiada banding jaman itu. Masing-masing batu disusun dengan presisi yang tinggi sehingga tidak ada yang penceng sambungannya. Selain kehebatan fisik, pada candi kita bisa belajar filsafat hidup yang dahsyat hasil olah rasa/olah batin yang gentur mencari ilmu sangkan paraning dumadi demi kesempurnaan hidup. Tanpa ilmu matematika, ilmu fisika, ilmu arsitektur dan ilmu sastra, ilmu sejarah, ilmu kebatinan, mustahil mereka mampu membuat bangunan yang begitu tinggi nilai historisnya itu. Borobudur, Prambanan, Boko, Cetho, Panataran, Dieng, Gedong Songo dan masih banyak lagi candi yang tersebar di seantero nusantara. Mereka adalah bukti fisik yang tidak bisa dibantah. Selain itu, banyaknya kitab-kitab kuno membuktikan bahwa tradisi berilmu pengetahuan juga tumbuh subur di Jawa. Serat Purwakanda, Serat Pulo Kencana, Serat Panji Asmara Bangun, Serat Nagri Ngurawan, Serat Tawang Gantungan, Serat Niti Praja, Serat Waskithaning Nala, Serat Paniti Sastra, Serat Pamrayoga Utama, Serat Nirata Praketa, Serat Kridhamaya, Serat Niti Sruti, Serat Arjuna Wiwaha, Serat Tripama, dan masih banyak lagi serat lain adalah bukti yang cetho welo-welo. Dari sekian banyak bab di dalam khasanah ilmu kebatinan, ada satu ilmu yang sangat menarik dan menjadi bukti keunggulan olah rasa/batin dan olah spiritual tingkat tinggi para leluhur Jawa. Ilmu ini disebut dengan NGRAGA SUKMA. Entah siapa pencipta ilmu ini. Yang jelas, ilmu ini sudah umum dimiliki oleh para waskita dan winasis untuk berbagai kemanfaatan dalam mengarungi perjalanan hidup mencapai kesempurnaan yang penuh misteri ini. NGRAGA SUKMA adalah ilmu yang mampu mengeluarkan sukma dari tubuh. Dengan NGRAGA SUKMA, seseorang yang sedang duduk di sebuah rumah di Jakarta, akan mampu menampakkan diri di sebuah tempat yang jauh sekalipun seperti Washington DC Amerika Serikat. Belakangan di era Modern, orang Barat menyebut fenomena ini dengan OUT OF BODY EXPERIENCE OBE atau pengalaman keluar tubuh fisik. Nafas ini merupakan bagian inti dari Jiwa dan nafas terkait dengan batin kita. Semua mahluk hidup perlu respirasi atau bernafas yaitu menghiup oksigen dan diekspor ke paru-paru/insang. Oksigen dibutuhkan oleh setiap sel tubuh yang ingin hidup. Tanpa oksigen, sel tubuh akan lemas dan mati. Oksigen dibutuhkan untuk proses pembakaran, sehingga sel di dalam tubuh mendapat energi baru. Pengendali jalannya nafas adalah JIWA AMARAH/NAFS AL AMARAH. bukan marah dalam arti nesu, mangkel, atau marah..ini hanya nama. Jiwa Amarah bertugas untuk mengoperasikan jalannya nafas manusia mulai bangun tidur hingga tidur lagi. Bila jiwa ini berhenti maka manusia akan mengalami kematian. Selama belum putus meskipun nafasnya sudaha berhenti maka manusia masih tetap hidup. Nah, ada satu lagi yang perlu kita ketahui saat membicarakan JIWA AMARAH ini adalaha yang kita kenal dengan PRANA/PREMANA yang berkaitan dengan DAYA HIDUP. PRANA ibarat ARUS LISTRIK sementara JIWA AMARAH ibarat kawat. 2. JIWA LAWWAMAH Berada di dalam tubuh manusia yang lebih dalam dan halus dari JIWA AMARAH dan jiwa lawwamah ini berada di alam eterik. Jiwa lawwamah bisa keluar masuk tubuh baik saat sadar maupun saat tertidur tanpa ada hambatan apapun. Saat kita tidur, kita bermimpi bertemu dengan seseorang maka jiwa lawwamah kitalah yang tertemu dengan orang tersebut. Namun bila kita tiba-tiba terjaga, maka dengan cepat pula jiwa masuk lagi ke tubuh. Kita sering bermimpi mengembara ke sebuah tempat yang belum pernah kita datangi sebelumnya, ini berarti jiwa kita berjalan-jalan mengembara ke tempat yang asing. Ya, jiwa kita tidak terikat ruang dimanapun dan kapanpun. Itu sebabnya, bila kita bermimpi bertemu dengan para Nabi, itu berarti kita memng sungguh-sungguh bertemu dengan para nabi pula. Bagaimana dengan waktu? Nah, jiwa kita tetap terikat waktu saat mimpi tersebut. Sistem kerjanya jiwa Lawwamah adalah ibarat tape recorder yang merekam kejadian di depan kita secar otomatis dan digerakkan oleh alam bawah sadar subconscious mind. Yang perlu diperhatikan adalah pada Jiwa inilah daerah operasi niat jahat manusia. Watak Iblis pada diri manusia juga tumbuh subur pada jiwa ini. Bila kita berlatih untuk berkomunikasi dengan ruh orang meninggal dan saat itu kita bertemu dengan wujud fisik orang meninggal tersebut, maka kita sebenarnya sedang bertemu dengan jiwa Lawwamah-nya. Jiwa ini masih terikat dengan keberadaan fisik bumi kita. Bagaikan embun, jiwa ini melayang-layang di dekat permukaan tanah. Oleh karena itu bila orang meninggal, maka jiwa ini harus disempurnakan. DALAM PROSESI KEMATIAN YANG SEMPURNA, SEMUA JIWA HARUS BISA MENEMBUS ALAM BARZAKH/ALAM KELANGGENGAN. ADANYA JIWA YANG MASIH MEMILIKI KEMELEKATAN DENGAN BUMI KARENA SUATU PERKARA, MAKA JIWA MANUSIA MASIH BERPUTAR-PUTAR DI BUMI. ORANG-ORANG MENYEBUTNYA HANTU, PADAHAL ITU ADALAH JIWA ORANG YANG MENINGGAL YANG BELUM SEMPURNA. Nah, ilmu Ngraga Sukma bekerja di tingkat JIWA LAWWAMAH ini. Bagaimana membangkitkan kemampuan Ngraga Sukma hingga jiwa lawwamah mampu keluar dari tubuh? Caranya adalah latihan. Ada tiga tahap latihan LATIHAN PERTAMA PERCOBAAN Belajarlah untuk mengalami tidur dengan merencanakan mimpi apa yang sekiranya Anda pandang menarik. Banyak cara, salah satunya merekam banyak kejadian sebelum tidur dan mengucapkan NIAT UNTUK BERTEMU SI A, ATAU NIAT BERKELANA KE SEBUAH TEMPAT… Latihan berulang-ulang hingga benar-benar mampu mengarahkan mimpi. Jiwa Lawwamah yang sudah terlatih bisa diajak kemanapun yang diinginkan. LATIHAN KEDUA PENGUJIAN Ujilah apa yang Anda alami. Bertanyalah via telpon terhadap mimpi apa yang sudah Anda alami kepada si A. Bila sudah terlatih, apa yang ada dalam mimpi akan persis sama dengan kenyataan. LATIHAN KETIGA PEMBUKTIAN Ujilah berkali kali apa yang Anda alami. Bila sudah terlatih, Anda bisa menggunakan ketrampilan untuk melakukan Ngraga Sukma ini tidak hanya saat bermimpi namun saat Anda terjaga sesuai dengan kehendak hati. JIWA MULHAMAH Jiwa yang berada lebih dalam dan halus dari JIWA LAWWAMAH. Jiwa Mulhammah adalah alat sensor metafisik yang sangat bagus untuk menerima petunjuk-petunjuk dari Tuhan. Jiwa Mulhamah ada di alam astral, suatu lapisan alam yang lebih halus dari pada alam eterik. Pada saat tertidur, jiwa Lawwamah dan Mulhamah ini bisa keluar secara otomatis tersamaan dan akibatnya mimpi pun jadi campur aduk dan kacau. Indeed, We have granted you a clear triumph ˹O Prophet˺1 — Dr. Mustafa Khattab, the Clear Quran Indeed, We have given you, [O Muḥammad], a clear conquest1 — Saheeh International ﭗ ﭘ ﭙ ﭚ ﭛ ﭜ ﭝ ﭞ ﭟ ﭠ ﭡ ﭢ ﭣ ﭤ ﭥ ﭦ so that Allah may forgive you for your past and future shortcomings,1 perfect His favour upon you, guide you along the Straight Path, — Dr. Mustafa Khattab, the Clear Quran That Allah may forgive for you what preceded of your sin [ errors] and what will follow and complete His favor upon you and guide you to a straight path — Saheeh International and so that Allah will help you tremendously. — Dr. Mustafa Khattab, the Clear Quran And [that] Allah may aid you with a mighty victory. — Saheeh International ﭬ ﭭ ﭮ ﭯ ﭰ ﭱ ﭲ ﭳ ﭴ ﭵ ﭶ ﭷ ﭸ ﭹ ﭺ ﭻ ﭼ ﭽ ﭾ ﭿ ﮀ ﮁ He is the One Who sent down serenity upon the hearts of the believers so that they may increase even more in their faith. To Allah ˹alone˺ belong the forces of the heavens and the earth. And Allah is All-Knowing, All-Wise. — Dr. Mustafa Khattab, the Clear Quran It is He who sent down tranquility into the hearts of the believers that they would increase in faith along with their [present] faith. And to Allah belong the soldiers of the heavens and the earth, and ever is Allah Knowing and Wise. — Saheeh International ﮂ ﮃ ﮄ ﮅ ﮆ ﮇ ﮈ ﮉ ﮊ ﮋ ﮌ ﮍ ﮎ ﮏ ﮐ ﮑ ﮒ ﮓ ﮔ ﮕ ﮖ So He may admit believing men and women into Gardens under which rivers flow—to stay there forever—and absolve them of their sins. And that is a supreme achievement in the sight of Allah. — Dr. Mustafa Khattab, the Clear Quran [And] that He may admit the believing men and the believing women to gardens beneath which rivers flow to abide therein eternally and remove from them their misdeeds - and ever is that, in the sight of Allah, a great attainment — Saheeh International ﮗ ﮘ ﮙ ﮚ ﮛ ﮜ ﮝ ﮞ ﮟ ﮠ ﮡ ﮢ ﮣ ﮤ ﮥ ﮦ ﮧ ﮨ ﮩ ﮪ ﮫ ﮬ ﮭ ﮮ ﮯ Also ˹so that˺ He may punish hypocrite men and women and polytheistic men and women, who harbour evil thoughts of May ill-fate befall them! Allah is displeased with them. He has condemned them and prepared for them Hell. What an evil destination! — Dr. Mustafa Khattab, the Clear Quran And [that] He may punish the hypocrite men and hypocrite women, and the polytheist men and polytheist women - those who assume about Allah an assumption of evil nature. Upon them is a misfortune of evil nature; and Allah has become angry with them and has cursed them and prepared for them Hell, and evil it is as a destination. — Saheeh International To Allah ˹alone˺ belong the forces of the heavens and the earth. And Allah is Almighty, All-Wise. — Dr. Mustafa Khattab, the Clear Quran And to Allah belong the soldiers of the heavens and the earth. And ever is Allah Exalted in Might and Wise. — Saheeh International Indeed, ˹O Prophet,˺ We have sent you as a witness, a deliverer of good news, and a warner, — Dr. Mustafa Khattab, the Clear Quran Indeed, We have sent you as a witness and a bringer of good tidings and a warner — Saheeh International so that you ˹believers˺ may have faith in Allah and His Messenger, support and honour him, and glorify Allah morning and — Dr. Mustafa Khattab, the Clear Quran That you [people] may believe in Allah and His Messenger and honor him and respect him [ the Prophet ﷺ] and exalt Him [ Allah] morning and afternoon. — Saheeh International ﭑ ﭒ ﭓ ﭔ ﭕ ﭖ ﭗ ﭘ ﭙ ﭚ ﭛ ﭜ ﭝ ﭞ ﭟ ﭠ ﭡ ﭢ ﭣ ﭤ ﭥ ﭦ ﭧ ﭨ ﭩ ﭪ ﭫ ﭬ Surely those who pledge allegiance to you ˹O Prophet˺ are actually pledging allegiance to Allah. Allah’s Hand is over theirs. Whoever breaks their pledge, it will only be to their own loss. And whoever fulfils their pledge to Allah, He will grant them a great reward. — Dr. Mustafa Khattab, the Clear Quran Indeed, those who pledge allegiance to you, [O Muḥammad] - they are actually pledging allegiance to Allah. The hand1 of Allah is over their So he who breaks his word only breaks it to the detriment of himself. And he who fulfills that which he has promised Allah - He will give him a great reward. — Saheeh International ﭭ ﭮ ﭯ ﭰ ﭱ ﭲ ﭳ ﭴ ﭵ ﭶ ﭷ ﭸ ﭹ ﭺ ﭻ ﭼ ﭽ ﭾ ﭿ ﮀ ﮁ ﮂ ﮃ ﮄ ﮅ ﮆ ﮇ ﮈ ﮉ ﮊ ﮋ ﮌ ﮍ ﮎ ﮏ ﮐ ﮑ ﮒ ﮓ ﮔ ﮕ The nomadic Arabs, who stayed behind, will say to you ˹O Prophet˺, “We were preoccupied with our wealth and families, so ask for forgiveness for us.” They say with their tongues what is not in their hearts. Say, “Who then can stand between you and Allah in any way, if He intends harm or benefit for you? In fact, Allah is All-Aware of what you do. — Dr. Mustafa Khattab, the Clear Quran Those who remained behind1 of the bedouins will say to you, "Our properties and our families occupied us, so ask forgiveness for us." Foto/Ist A A A Surat Al-Fath kemenangan merupakan surat ke-48 dalam Al-Qur'an terdiri atas 29 ayat. Surat ini termasuk golongan surat-surat Madaniyyah, diturunkan sesudah Surat Al-Jum'ah. Surat ini memiliki keutamaan dan khasiat yang luar biasa. Dinamakan Al-Fath kemenangan diambil dari perkataan Fat-han yang terdapat pada ayat pertama surat ini. اِنَّا فَتَحۡنَا لَكَ فَتۡحًا مُّبِيۡنًاInnaa fatahnaa laka Fatham MubiinaaArtinya "Sungguh, Kami telah memberikan kepadamu kemenangan yang nyata." QS Al-Fath Ayat 1Sebagian besar dari ayat-ayat surat ini menerangkan hal-hal yang berkaitan dengan kemenangan yang dicapai Nabi Muhammad shollallahu 'alaihi wasallam SAW dalam peran melawan kaum musyrikin Mekkah. Rasulullah sangat gembira dengan turunnya ayat pertama surat ini. Kegembiraan ini dinyatakan dalam Hadis yang diriwayatkan Imam Al-Bukhari. "Sesungguhnya telah diturunkan kepadaku satu surat, yang surat itu benar-benar lebih aku cintai dari seluruh apa yang disinari matahari."Maksud kemenangan dari kata "Fath" dalam ayat ini adalah penaklukan Mekkah. Riwayat lain menyebutkan bahwa Surah Al-Fath diturunkan pada satu tempat yang terletak antara Mekkah dan Madinah, setelah terjadi Perdamaian Hudaibiyyah. Keutamaan dan Khasiat1. Surat yang Disukai Rasulullah SAWAl-Habib Muhammad bin 'Ali Khirid Al-Husaini at-Tarimi wafat 960 H menukil salah satu riwayat yang menyebutkan keutamaan membaca Surat Al-Fath di awal bulan Ramadhan. Dari Ibnu Umar, Rasulullah SAW bersabda "Telah diturunkan kepadaku semalam akan satu surah yang surah tersebut lebih kusukai daripada segala apa yang terbit matahari atasnya yakni dunia dan segala isinya, dan disukai agar ia dibaca pada awal malam bulan Ramadhan. Maka kalian bacakan dan ajarkanlah ia kepada anak-anak kalian, insya Allah mereka tidak akan ditimpa malapetaka." 2. Dipelihara dari Marabahaya dan Diluaskan RezekiSyaikh Hussin Qadri Martapura dalam karyanya berjudul "Shilahul Mukmin" mengatakan, "Barangsiapa membaca Surat Al-Fath tiga kali pada malam permulaan bulan Ramadhan, insya Allah terpelihara ia di dalam setahun itu dari marabahaya dan diluaskanlah rezekinya."3. Dikumpulkan Bersama Orang-orang yang Mati SyahidDalam Kitab khawasul Qur'an disebutkan, "Apabila kita membaca Surat Fath secara rutin setiap hari, kelak akan dikumpulkan bersama orang-orang yang mati syahid, dan Allah membukakan pintu kebaikan/kegembiraan, baik urusan dunia maupun urusan akhirat."4. Mendapat Pahala Orang yang Berbaiat kepada Nabi"Barangsiapa yang membaca surat ini Surat Al-Fath , maka Allah akan mencatatnya seperti pahala orang yang berbaiat kepada Nabi di bawah pohon dan memegang teguh baiatnya itu, serta seperti pahala orang yang menyertai Nabi dalam hari Fathul Makkah. Barangsiapa yang membacanya, dan meletakkannya di bawah kepalanya, maka ia akan terlindungi dari pencuri. Dan barangsiapa yang menulisnya di dalam lembaran kertas, maka perkataannya akan didengar oleh orang-orang. Tiada yang terucap darinya, kecuali akan diterima dan dipercaya." Also known as Hafadoh Angels, they are between the Djinn Genies and Angels. Unlike the Djinn, they are always good and beings higher in spiritual power, can always overcome problems caused by evil Djinn. Where as an angel is seen as a universal power rather than a personal one, the Khodam is the personal equivalent. You can compare this with the more popular notion of a guardian Angel. Khodams provide personal protection, and cause spiritual growth and enlightenment. For instance, after a Khodam empowerment, it is customary to test ones invulnerability by striking oneself with a machete, leaving no cut.
